What’s on the Christmas Charcuterie Board

Hot Cocoa Mix: The hot coco mix is the perfect addition to the Christmas charcuterie board. Pour the hot cocoa mix in a bowl for everyone to spoon out and make their hot cocoa drink.

Mini Marshmallows: Not only are the marshmallows a yummy sweet snack for grazing, but they are perfect topping to your decadent hot cocoa.

Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies: We made these peanut butter cookies with a simple Betty Crocker mix, but you can certainly make them homemade. Add a chocolate Kiss to the top after they have come out of the oven.

Chocolate Covered Peppermint Oreos: We dipped regular Oreos halfway into chocolate and rolled them in crushed peppermint. In our opinion, this is our favorite snack on the board. Who doesn’t love a chocolate covered Oreo.

Christmas M&Ms: These are a perfect colorful, sweet snack to add to the snacking board. We filled in some of the remaining empty spaces with these. Feel free to make them overflow over the board.

Christmas Kisses: We used the leftover chocolate Kisses to decorate the board. The adorable Santa hat packaging adds to the Christmas theme.

Holiday Shaped Goldfish Crackers: How adorable are these holiday shaped Goldfish? They are shaped like stockings and Christmas trees. It’s the perfect salty addition to the board, and let’s be honest…you can never outgrow Goldfish.

Candy Canes: Add candy canes around the board. These are the perfect addition to a hot cocoa drink or just eating by themselves!

Charcuterie Boards: If you want to be really festive, you can serve your food items on this holiday charcuterie board, or you a beautiful board or plate you already own.

Festive Christmas Bowls: We bought these $3 bowls from Target for the holidays. They come in multiple colors and are the perfect serving size bowl for hot cocoa, snacks or dips.

Cute Marshmallow Mug: We can’t get over how adorable this marshmallow mug is. We wanted the mug to look like it was spilling marshmallows out of it, so we laid it on it’s side and filled it with marshmallows.

How to Prepare Your Charcuterie Board Food Items

1. Bake Your Peanut Butter Blossoms

If you don’t want to make your peanut butter cookies from scratch, you can use this super simple peanut butter cookie mix. This is the one we used and loved it as an easy alternative to making them homemade.

All you do is make your cookie dough, form the dough into 16 round balls, roll them in course sugar, and bake them for 8-10 minutes.

Once they are done baking, place a Kiss in the middle of each one (the Kiss will get warm, but won’t melt).

2. Make Your Chocolate Covered Oreos

These are super simple to make, look so beautiful on the Christmas snack board and are so delicious.

First start by crushing a candy cane or two in a plastic bag. You want super fine pieces for dipping.

All you have to do is melt 1/2 cup-1 cup of chocolate chips or melting chocolate a microwave, pausing to stir it every 10 secs.

You’ll have to work quick for this part, because the chocolate will cool fast. Dip half of the Oreo in the chocolate and cover with the crushed peppermint. Place the Oreos on a plate and transfer them to the fridge to cool and harden.

How to Decorate Your Christmas Charcuterie Board

This Christmas Board is super simple to put put together. We timed it and it literally only took us 3 minutes and 9 seconds to assemble.
