Summer Citrus Fruit Salad
What’s in this Recipe?
Citrus Fruit: We chose to go with oranges and grapefruit. You can also add in blood oranges, clementines or whatever is available at your local farmers market or grocery store.
Kiwi: Kiwi is not typically a fruit that we gravitate towards in the store, but it pairs so well with this salad.
Berries: We added raspberries to our salad. Other summer berries, like blackberries could pair very well with this as well.
Mint Leaves: Mint pairs so well with anything citrus. Feel free to add as many leaves as you want!
Coarse Sugar: Some of the citrus fruits, like grapefruit can be a little bitter, so sprinkling this salad with a little sugar adds the right amount of sweetness.
