Breakfast Charcuterie Boards We Love

If you’re preparing any type of charcuterie board, you’ll need a beautiful cheese board to place your ingredients on. We love finding charcuterie boards that have a unique style. These charcuterie boards are so beautiful and would make the display of your charcuterie board look so gorgeous!

Prepare Your Breakfast Charcuterie Board

We think charcuterie boards should be simple to create, so instead of going “all out” and making pancakes and croissants from scratch, we decided to make this charcuterie board easier for you.

This breakfast charcuterie board is easy and quick to make. We included mini pancakes, croissants, fruit and yogurt on the board. It is so delicious and will be a hit with friends your hosting for breakfast or brunch.

How to Begin Creating Your Charcuterie Board

First, make sure your charcuterie board is clean before placing any food on the board. Once your board is clean, you can begin to prepare the food.

Second, start preparing the mini pancakes and mini croissants based off the instructions on the back of the box. Again, we wanted to make this board easy and quick to create, so pre-made pancakes and croissants are the way to go!

While the pancakes and croissants are in the oven, prepare bacon. We made baked bacon in the oven, so if you prefer to do this as well, keep reading. Cover a rimmed cookie sheet with foil. Place bacon on the foiled baking sheet.

Don’t forget the bacon!

We cut the bacon strips in half to make mini strips of bacon. The reason we chose to cut or bacon in half was because we liked the look of mini pieces of bacon on our breakfast charcuterie board. You can choose to cut the bacon in half, however, you can leave the bacon in long strips. Cook the bacon for 15-20 minutes in the oven.

Next, hard boil your eggs. Over the years we have discovered the science to boiling the perfect hard-boiled egg! We will gladly share our secret with you!

Start by filling a pot with water (about an inch or two above the eggs), set the stove top to high until the water begins to boil. Boil the eggs on high for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the burner and remove the pot from heat. Cover the pot with a lid and let the eggs set in the hot water for 15 minutes. After the time is up, pour out the hot water and emerge the eggs in a bowl of ice water (this will stop the cooking process). After that, peel and cut the eggs in half.

Additionally, wash all fruit and cut the fruit if needed. We sliced our bananas and spread the strawberries and blueberries around the board.

Off to the side of the board, we added a bowl of Greek yogurt and grain-free granola!

Decorate Your Board!

Lastly, is to decorate the board! This is our favorite part of making charcuterie boards. We began by placing the mini pancakes in a curved shape along the board. We filled in the rest of the space with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, and croissants. This is YOUR time to create your dream breakfast board! Make it fun! Create it how you would like! You and your friends will love it!

That’s all for this post about creating your own breakfast charcuterie board! We know it was so fun to create and know you will have so much fun creating and sharing this with your friends and family!
