Place pineapple rings around the sides of the ham that are showing. Once decorated, you’re ready to roast.

Step 3. First roast, add glaze and second roast.
After you’ve decorated the ham, wrap the ham in foil to secure the juices and roast for about 1.5 hours. About 15 minutes before the first roasting is done, make the brown sugar bourbon glaze.
Remove the ham from the oven, brush with glaze, making sure to get into all the nooks and crannies.
Increase the temperature to 425ºF and place the ham back in the oven, without the foil on top. Roast for an additional 30-ish minutes until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140ºF.
