Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie
What’s in the recipe?
Almond Milk: Almond milk is a great alternative milk to make this smoothie super creamy. If you don’t have almond milk, you can use any other kind of milk you have handy.
Frozen Bananas: Frozen bananas are key to making your smoothies thicker and creamier.
Ice: We love adding a bit of ice to a smoothie to make it even thicker.
Cold Brew: Cold brew adds a stronger, richer coffee flavor.
Pumpkin Puree: Pumpkin puree gives this smoothie a pumpkin flavor and adds an orange color to the smoothie as well.
Coffee Protein Powder: To enhance the coffee flavor we added this coffee protein powder. We swear by Tropeaka Protein powder and the Ice Mocha Latte flavor (what we used in this recipe) is so delicious!
Pumpkin Pie Spice: Pumpkin spice helps to enhance the flavor of this smoothie even more.
How to Make the Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie
Smoothies are so simple to make, and that’s why we love making them as a quick meal for lunch. This smoothie literally takes less than a few minute to whip up. You can make this as a meal or a treat on a fall day.
First off, you’ll need a high speed blender. We use this Vitamix blender and speak highly enough about it! However, we used this Nutribullet for years and loved it (plus it’s way more affordable).
Then, all you need to do is add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until it’s super smooth and well blended. This recipe makes two small smoothies (perfect for a treat) or one large smoothie (perfect for a meal).
Lastly, top it off with some granola and enjoy!
