Description

Love peanut butter and chocolate? Easy no-bake peanut butter chocolate bars made with peanut butter, graham crackers, pretzels, and chocolate. The perfect simple dessert for PB lovers.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham crackers (approx. 1 1/2 sleeves), crushed to a fine dust
  • 1 cup pretzels, crushed

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped mini Reese’s cups

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9-inch square pan with parchment paper and set to the side.
  2. Add graham crackers to a food processor and blend until the crackers make a fine dust. *If you don’t have a food processor, put the graham crackers in a gallon-size plastic bag, seal, and crush with a rolling pin until the graham crackers are a fine dust.
  3. Add pretzels to a gallon-size bag until they are broken into small bits. You don’t want them to be a fine dust texture like the graham crackers. You want to have a bit of crunch in the bites.
  4. In a stand mixer bowl or medium mixing bowl, add peanut butter, powdered sugar, melted butter, and graham cracker dust. Mix until combined and the mixture comes together. Add the crushed pretzels to the peanut butter mixture and mix in.
  5. Transfer the peanut butter mixture to the prepared baking pan. Spread and press the peanut butter mixture into an even layer.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread into an even layer on top.
  7. Sprinkle chopped Reese’s cups on top of the chocolate. Refrigerate the bars for 1-2 hours. Slice into rectangles, squares, or triangles and serve!
