Mini Pancake Charcuterie Board
What’s on the pancake board?
Mini pancakes: We used our mini silver dollar pancake recipe to make the pancakes on this board, but you can use these frozen mini pancakes as well.
Honey or Maple Syrup: We love topping our pancakes with honey, but you can certainly top yours with maple syrup as well.
Sprinkles: These are always such a fun addition and make the board look so happy.
Chocolate Chips: This is Mckenzie’s favorite pancake topping no matter the occasion.
Granola: If you haven’t tried topping your pancakes with granola, we promise you it’s an addition you won’t want to skip out on on your board. We always have our Spiced Maple Granola in jars in our pantry. It’s seriously the BEST granola you’ll ever taste!
Peanut Butter: We love eating pancakes with peanut butter or almond butter.
Raspberry Jelly: This jelly paired with the peanut butter is like having a PB&J for breakfast or brunch.
Coconut Flakes: Coconut flakes are such. Delicious and fresh flavor to add.
Chopped Pecans: Chopped pecans or walnuts are Morgan’s favorite topping to add on top of pancakes.
Banana: we love adding fresh fruit to the board as another food and topping option.
How to Decorate Your Mini Pancake Charcuterie Board
This board is super easy to assemble and decorate. It’s only a few simple steps and turns out so beautifully!
First, make your mini pancakes. Whether you’re making them homemade or from a box of frozen pancakes, is up to you.
Once the pancakes are made, it’s time to assemble the board! Start by adding all your toppings into small bowls.
Next, place your bowls on or around the board—still allowing room of a wave of mini pancakes through it.
Lastly, add your mini pancakes to the board. We filled all the empty space with pancakes, paean slices and chipped nuts.
