Homemade Halloween Candy Chocolate Skulls

Description

Make these easy Halloween chocolate skull candies with melted chocolate and walnut “brains” for a creepy-cute Halloween treat. Perfect for Halloween parties, spooky dessert tables, and homemade holiday candy.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 6 oz dark chocolate
  • 6 oz white chocolate
  • 6 oz milk chocolate
  • 16 oz package of walnuts
  • 4 trays silicone skull molds

Instructions

  1. Pour dark, white and milk chocolate chips in separate microwave-safe bowls.
  2. Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments until melted and smooth. Stir the chocolate chips between each heating until the chocolate is smelted and smooth
  3. Use spoons to fill silicone skull molds with melted chocolate. Have fun and mix the chocolates together. You can use a toothpick to swirl the chocolates to make marbling effect.
  4. Place a walnut on top of the skull and place in the fridge to harden for 2-3 hours.
  5. Remove the chocolate from the silicone molds and pour in serving bowl or package in treat bags.
