Description
A soft pizza dough topped with greek yogurt Alfredo sauce, fresh grated mozzarella and asiago cheese and sliced dill pickles.

- 1 pizza dough ball (store-bought)
- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese, shredded
Greek Yogurt Alfredo Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chicken broth
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp shredded parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to a high temperature 450ºF.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface until you make a 16” pizza.
- Make greek yogurt Alfred sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together together yogurt, chicken broth, milk, oregano, garlic powder and parmesan. Spread a generous layer over pizza crust, leaving about 1”inch on the edge for the crust.
- Assemble pizza. Top with shredded mozzarella and asiago cheese. Lastly, sprinkle top with pickle slices and some additional cheese if you’d like.
- Bake in oven according to package instructions, typically about 22-24 minutes for fresh pizza dough.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with truffle oil. Slice and serve hot! Enjoy!
