An Iced Watermelon Mint Spritzer. A refreshing blend of fruity watermelon, delicious mint, and bubbly sparkling water.
When we think of summer, we often think of watermelon. When we were growing up, we would eat watermelon almost every day of the summer it seemed. It’s such a sweet and delicious fruit, but makes a great flavor in a refreshing summer drink.
Our love of watermelon in the summer inspired us to create this recipe for an iced watermelon mint spritzer. We wanted to create an iced tea drink that was fun, out of the box, but brought in flavors of summer.
We used Trade Joe’s watermelon mint tea to make this drink super easy and quick to make! If you’re looking for the perfect, refreshing drink for summer, this is it!
What’s in the Watermelon Mint Spritzer?
Watermelon Mint Tea: This tea is the base for the drink and makes this spritzer super delicious with strong notes of watermelon and mint.
Stevia: We love using stevia as a natural and super healthy alternative to white cane sugar. You only need one to two small scoops of stevia in your drink to make it perfectly sweet.
Sparkling Water: This is what adds a fizzy, spritz to the drink. It’s makes this tea more sophisticated and perfect for an afternoon beverage or to serve at friends at night.
