Description

This white chocolate Oreo bark is the perfect treat to enjoy or package and gift this holiday season.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 10 oz pkg white chocolate chips
  • 15 Oreo cookies

Instructions

How to Make Oreo Bark:

  1. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  2. Put the Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies in a large plastic bag. Smash the Oreos into small pieces, so you have bigger pieces and some smaller pieces. You certainly to not want to break the Oreo into super tiny, fine pieces. Set aside the bag for later.
  3. Pour the white chocolate into a glass, microwavable bowl. Microwave the chips in 10-20 second increments, stirring the chips after every increment. Repeat the process until the chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Quickly stir in Oreo pieces. Then, pour the chocolate mixture onto your prepared baking sheet. Use a rubber spatula to spread and smooth the mixture.
  5. Chill for 10-15 minutes in the fridge, or until the bark is completely solid.
  6. Remove the tray from the fridge, and either break the bark into pieces with your hands, or use a sharp knife to cut into the bark.
  7. Transfer the bark pieces to an air-tight glass container (or package as gifts) and place it in the fridge.
  8. Enjoy!
