- 2 shots espresso
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- sprinkle nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 6 oz almond milk (steamed)
Instructions
- In an espresso machine or espresso maker, make 2 shots of espresso into your favorite mug.
- Once the espresso is finished brewing, sprinkle in ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
- Steam 6 oz of steamed almond milk. Pour milk into mug with espresso. Sprinkle with coconut sugar, if desired.
- Enjoy! Preferably next to a cozy fire or wrapped up in a blanket!
