Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • sprinkle nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 6 oz almond milk (steamed)


Instructions

  1. In an espresso machine or espresso maker, make 2 shots of espresso into your favorite mug.
  2. Once the espresso is finished brewing, sprinkle in ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
  3. Steam 6 oz of steamed almond milk. Pour milk into mug with espresso. Sprinkle with coconut sugar, if desired.
  4. Enjoy! Preferably next to a cozy fire or wrapped up in a blanket!
