- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup mango
- 2 mandrine oranges
- 1/3 cup ice cubes ((may need to add more ice if wanting a thicker consistency))
- 1/2–1 cup coconut water ((start by adding 1/2 cup, add more if needed))

- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
