Description

A refreshing blend of citrus, berries and mint. A perfect snack or side dish for a hot summer day.


Ingredients

  • 2 grapefruits (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 oranges (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 3 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • sprinkle coarse sugar


Instructions

  1. Peel and slice grapefruits, oranges, and kiwi. Wash berries and pat dry with towel.
  2. Arrange orange, grapefruit and kiwi slices on a platter. Scatter the raspberries around the platter.
  3. Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves and coarse sugar granules. Serve and enjoy!
