- 2 grapefruits (peeled and sliced)
- 2 oranges (peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 3 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- sprinkle coarse sugar
Instructions
- Peel and slice grapefruits, oranges, and kiwi. Wash berries and pat dry with towel.
- Arrange orange, grapefruit and kiwi slices on a platter. Scatter the raspberries around the platter.
- Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves and coarse sugar granules. Serve and enjoy!
