- 1 pkg pita bread
- 1 container hummus
- 1 box crackers
- 1 pkg salami
- 1 block white cheddar (sliced)
- 1 pkg brie cheese
- 1 pkg mozzarella balls
- 8 carrots (sliced)
- 3 english cucumbers (sliced)
- 1 pkg cherry tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 pkg red grapes
- 1 mini watermelon
- 1 pkg dried apricots
- 1 pkg blueberries
Instructions
Preparing Food for the Board
- Slice pita bread into triangles, vegetables, fruits and white cheddar cheese into slices.
- Put the hummus in a small ramekin or bowl and place on the board.
How to Decorate the Board
- Add your brie, grapes, and watermelon slices. Then, layer you pita bread slices, crackers, salami, white cheddar cheese, and vegetables on the charcuterie board.
- In the empty space left on the board, add your mozzarella balls, dried apricots and blueberries.
- Enjoy with friends and family!
