We are firm believers that we “need” a small, sweet treat after dinner. It’s pretty much a nonnegotiable.
After a long day at work, eating a delicious dinner and crashing on the couch to catch up on our favorite shows, the craving hits us. We need a little something sweet, but we don’t want a large batch of cookies or brownies lying around.
That’s when we resort to making a single-serve dessert.
