Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 box frozen mini pancakes
  • 1 box mini croissants
  • 16 oz package bacon
  • 6 eggs (hard boiled)
  • 1 32 oz container vanilla greek yogurt
  • 12 cups granola
  • 1 pkg strawberries
  • 4 bananas
  • 4 fuji apples

Instructions

  1. Clean your charcuterie board before using. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Cook the frozen mini pancakes and frozen mini croissants according to the package directions.
  3. Place bacon flat on a cookie sheet. Cook bacon in oven for 15-20, or until desired crispiness.
  4. Wash fruit, dry and place on the charcuterie board.
  5. In a bowl on the side, add the greek yogurt. In a separate small bowl and ramekin add some granola.

The Perfect Hard Boil Eggs

  1. Place eggs in a pot, fill the pot with cold water.
  2. Bring water to a boil on high heat. After the water is boiling, remove the pot from burner. Cover pot with lid and let the eggs sit for 12-15 minutes.
  3. After the time is up, remove hot water from hot and move eggs into a bowl of ice water. Allow the eggs to cool down.
  4. To remove the shell, roll the egg across your counter or hard surface until the shell cracks all over. With your fingers, begin to remove the shell from the egg.
  5. Once all shells are removed, cut eggs in half and place on your board.

Decorate Your Board

  1. Decorate your board like the one above, or have fun and make your own special charcuterie board design.
