- 2 cups small dill pickles
- 8–10 large dilll pickle slices
- 8 oz Gouda cheese, sliced
- 8 oz salami chub, sliced
- 2–3 cups Pickle Potato chips
- 20–30 crackers
- 1 small French loaf, sliced
- 10 oz hummus dip
Instructions
- Prep ingredients before assembling. Fill a small bowl or ramekin with hummus dip. Pour chips into a small bowl. Slice the salami and cheeses.
- Start with dipping sauce ramekins or any item that’s contained in a bowl on the board. We put pickle potato chips in a bowl to keep them easily accessible.
- Next layer in our larger items, like the large sliced pickles, slices of meat or bread. We love placing items randomly around the board to give our boards a more organic, artistic feel.
- Fill the remaining spaces on the board with the smaller items, like mini pickles, more pieces of cheese, nuts, etc.
