Halloween Oreos. Holiday themed Oreos seem to test different and these cookies are such a delicious addition to the halloween charcuterie board.

Cheese Stick Fingers. Our mom used to make these for our Halloween parties growing up. They are super simple to make. The cheese stick is the finger and the nail is made of red bell pepper.

Halloween Sugar Cookies. These sugar cookies are iconic for the holiday season. We had to include them on the board, because they are so cute and classic.

Cheddar popcorn. Cheddar popcorn is the perfect addition to this board. It contrasts all the sweet items on the board and the bright orange from the cheddar goes perfectly with the Halloween theme.

Chocolate covered pretzels. We thought we would make these pretzels fun with some white and green chocolate that looked like slime. They are a sweet and salty snack, and a crowd pleaser.

Ghost Marshmallows. These are so easy and fun to make. We took Gell icing and made spooky ghost faces on each marshmallow. These look so adorable on the halloween charcuterie board.

Candy Corn. We fell like you either love or hat candy corn, but we love it! It’s such a classic candy addition to the halloween charcuterie board and ties it all together.

How to Make Your Halloween Charcuterie Board

Step 1:

Prepare the halloween sugar cookies according to the directions on the box. Allow the cookies to cool before placing them on the board.

Step 2:

While the sugar cookies are cooling, make the slime covered pretzel sticks. Prepare a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper. Melt white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Heat chocolate in 30 sec intervals, stirring after each time. Split the chocolate into two bowls. Stir in a few drops of green food coloring to one of the bowls to make a lime green color (similar to slime).

Step 3:

Dip your pretzel rod half way into the white chocolate and drizzle the green chocolate over the white chocolate portion. Place the pretzel on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all pretzels are covered. Allow chocolate to harden in freezer for 10-20 mins.

Step 4:

To prepare the witches cheese stick fingers, cut a cheese stick in half. Using a knife cut groves in the cheese stick to make notches for finger lines. Cut out a portion of the top of the cheese stick for the nail. Cut a small piece of red bell pepper to fit in the top of the cheese stick. Voila…you have a witches finger!

Step 5:

To make the ghost marshmallows, lay out marshmallows on a piece of parchment paper. Using gel food coloring, make two dots for the eyes and one oval shape for the mouth.

Step 6:

Grab a halloween themed serving board or a classic charcuterie board. Add the Oreo cookies on the board, spaced out. Add the pumpkin sugar cookies to the board. (They key here is spacing out the items on the board and not clumping them together).

Step 7:

Next, add the witches fingers, slime pretzels, and ghost marshmallows. Fill in the remain space with cheddar popcorn and candy corn.

Step 8:

Enjoy your delicious halloween charcuterie board!

Tips for Decorating Your Charcuterie Board

Although the ingredient list in the recipe below lists the full packaged items, prepare the amount of food that will fit on your charcuterie board and feed your guests.

Pro tip: We always like to make more of the marshmallows, witches fingers and pretzel sticks to fill in the board as people graze and eat the yummy treats. We recommend keeping all the charcuterie board food items for backups and for fill ins when the board gets empty.
