Ingredients
Scale
- 3 oranges
- 1 spool yarn
- 1 needle (to poke yarn through the orange slices)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Slice your oranges into 1/4 inch slices and pat dry with a paper towel to remove some of the moisture.
- Line the baking sheet with sliced oranges in one layer on the pan.
- Place the baking sheets in the oven. Cooked until edges are slightly brown.
- Allow orange slices to cool on baking sheet or baking rack for several hours. You want to make sure the orange slices are dry.
- Using your twine and a needle, thread the twine through both sides of a slice. Make your strand as long as you would like with the dried orange slices you have.
