An at-home recreation of your favorite fall Starbucks drink! A strong iced cold brew is topped with whipped pumpkin spice sweet cream foam

- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups cold brew
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add sweet cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin spice. Using a hand held whisk, blend until mixture blends together and the cream thickens.
- You will know its ready when you lift up your hand-held whisk and the mixture appears a little stiff and doesn’t drip from the whisk.
- Fill your cup with ice and cold brew. This recipe makes two, so add half ice and 1 cup of cold brew to each cup! Top with your pumpkin sweet cream and dust with a little pumpkin spice. And enjoy the creamy goodness.
