There is seriously nothing better than Starbuck’s holiday drinks. We love to treat ourselves to a midday coffee run every now and then, but since we work from home, we are always looking for ways to recreate their drinks at home when we don’t have time to escape. Making our coffee at home is such a small luxury, but it seriously is such a mood booster no matter the time of day.
One of our favorite (retired) Starbucks holiday menu drinks was the Gingerbread Latte. Ever since they took it off the menu, we knew we had to find a way to make the delicious Gingerbread latte at-home. We now make our own gingerbread syrup at home, so that we can recreate the cozy drink at home during the holidays.
This gingerbread syrup has all the delicious flavors of a gingerbread cookie—the rich molasses, the warm spices and the decadent, subtle sweetness. We promise you’re going to want to have this simple syrup on hand throughout the holiday season.
