Description
This is not your classic cheese pizza. Made with fresh mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan and asiago cheese, this pizza is a so delicious and will be a crowd favorite.

- 1 pizza dough ball
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
- 1 tbsp minced rosemary
- 1 tbsp thyme
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella, pulled into small pieces
- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup asiago cheese, grated
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly coat baking pan or pizza pan with flour
- Roll out your pizza dough and transfer it to the pizza pan.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil grated garlic, everything but the bagel seasoning, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Spread the olive oil mixture over the top of the dough. Leave a 1/2 inch border around the edge of the pizza dough. Top with mozzarella, small spoonfuls of ricotta, grated parmesan dan asiago cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The crust should be golden brown and the cheese should be completely melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, top with basil and red pepper flakes and serve immediately.
