I get it, life get’s busy and a morning bagel run or a packaged protein bar is an easy habit to pick up in the hustle and bustle of the early morning grind. I’ve been there and done that for so many years, but it always left me feeling more tired quickly and even hungrier as lunch time approached. I knew something had to change. However, finding an easy way to make breakfast more nutritious and work into my schedule had one solution…meal prepping for the week.
After meal prepping breakfast for nearly a year, I can say that it’s made my life so much easier. The key is finding healthy recipes, with simple ingredients that will only take you minutes of your time on Sunday evening to prep.
In an effort to switch up my routine from my normal meal prepped banana pancakes (which are insanely delicious and on the list below), I searched the internet for some other options. Ahead, I’m sharing 18 healthy breakfast meal prep ideas that are equally tasty and simple to make.

Matcha is all the rage right now! I made this matcha chia pudding the other week and absolutely loved it. Made with only a few ingredients, this is a perfect recipe to make, transfer to containers and store in the fridge to grab on your way out the door.
