Description

Delicious and creamy overnight oats packed with pumpkin spice flavor. Perfect for breakfast any fall morning.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cup almond milk
  • 8 tbsp pumpkin butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Toppings

  • pepitas
  • pecans
  • bananas
  • spices


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add your oats, almond milk, pumpkin butter, and spices. Mix together until everything is incorporated.
  2. Pour the mixture evenly into four jars. Give them another nice shake for extra measure.
  3. Place jars in the fridge and refrigerate overnight. 
  4. In the morning, open a jar, add the toppings you would like and ENJOY!

Notes

Don’t have canning jars? That’s okay, just pour into sealable containers and refrigerate overnight.
