- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cup almond milk
- 8 tbsp pumpkin butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Toppings
- pepitas
- pecans
- bananas
- spices
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add your oats, almond milk, pumpkin butter, and spices. Mix together until everything is incorporated.
- Pour the mixture evenly into four jars. Give them another nice shake for extra measure.
- Place jars in the fridge and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, open a jar, add the toppings you would like and ENJOY!
Notes
Don’t have canning jars? That’s okay, just pour into sealable containers and refrigerate overnight.
