- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Burger Toppings
- 4 slices provolone cheese

Homemade Caesar Dressing
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp capers, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 anchovies, minced
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Make Caesar dressing (skip this step if you choose store-bought dressing). In a high-powered blender or food processor, add olive oil, chopped capers, minced garlic and anchovies, lemon juice and zest, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, and parmesan cheese. Blend together until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Make chicken burger patties. In a medium-sized bowl mix eggs, panko bread crumbs, minced shallot and seasonings together. Add turkey and mix in the egg mixture with your hands until combined. Form into 4 even-sized chicken patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place patties in the skillet and cook until golden brown on bottom side. Flip the patties over and cook until they reach an internal temperature 165ºF. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, place cheese slices on top of each Pattie to melt the cheese. Once done cooking, place the patties on a serving platter or large plate.
- Assemble burgers. Spread an even layer of Caesar dressing over the hamburger bun. Layer with a cheesy chicken patty, lettuce and more dressing to your liking. Enjoy!
