We’re showing you how we decorated our office for Christmas! We decked it out with adorable red, pink and neutral Christmas decor to bring the holiday cheer to our workspace.
We’ve made it a tradition to decorate our home office for every season—especially after we decorated our office for fall. When we aren’t designing a clients home or formulating new recipes in the kitchen, we spend our days working in our home office nook. It’s where we work on design projects, write blog posts and brainstorm new ideas for the new seasons.
When the seasons change, and new holidays come, we’ve found it so fun to decorate and set the mood by adding festive touches. This year, we wanted our home office Christmas decor to be simple with touches of red, pink and neutrals.
We absolutely love how it turned out and are sharing all the details! So if you’re looking for some inspo for your home office, work cubicle or just some cute Christmas decor touches for your home, you’ve come to the right place!
This post is all about home office Christmas decor and how we decorated our office for Christmas.

How We Decorated Our Office for Christmas
1. Swapped Our Prints
One of the easiest ways to bring the seasons or holidays into your space is by swapping out the prints for ones that match the holiday or season.
All you have to do is order inexpensive prints on Etsy (each of these prints was only $3), send them to your local print shop (our favorite is Walgreens) and you’ve got a beautiful print to frame. We can almost always find coupons for ordering prints, so be sure to search their site for the best deals.
We purchased this snowy iceskating print (that’s actually a Samsung Frame TV Screensaver) and had it printed to the dimensions of our frame. In our smaller, square frame, we added the “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” print.
2. Added Christmas Decorative Objects
We love adding simple decorative touches to our home office. We never like the space to be super cluttered with items that it makes it distracting while we work.
On the left side of the desk, we added an adorable Santa cookie jar that we scored in Target’s dollar section for $5!
On the right corner of the dest, we added some of these whimsical Christmas trees that we bought from Freckled Hen, (a local shop to Fayetteville, but also sells online), a snow globe to go with the snowy, whimsical decor we wanted for the space, and displayed a holiday cookie recipe from one of our favorite cookbooks!
3. Added a Christmas Candle
We asked our Instagram fam to help us choose a candle for our home office, because we were having such a hard time deciding. Although a majority of people voted for the “Holiday in the City” Candle, it wasn’t going to be big enough for the space.
We ended up purchasing the 38oz Voluspa Crushed Candy Cane Candle and absolutely love it! The candy cane flavor isn’t overpowering at all, which is exactly what we hoped for. We highly recommend it for the holiday season, plus, it looks gorgeous and festive in any space!
4. Placed Soft String Lights Across the Desk
One of our favorite additions to our Christmas tree every year are these whimsical globe lights. We thought they would also be an adorable addition to our desk for the holiday season as well.
We love the soft glow they add to the space and they really tie the rest of the decor together!
5. Added Winter Greenery
On the floating shelf, to left of the window, we added spruce leaves to a gorgeous, textured vase. We conveniently have a spruce tree in our cul-de-sac that we trim off branches from to use as decor, but you can use any holiday greenery you like (fresh or faux).
